Information Regarding Reservations for the EXCHANGE Program Students
and DEGREE Students (non-accommodated) for the spring semester 2024 at the
SKM MU Dormitories

In order to register, it is necessary to enter the University ID [UČO] and the primary MU password (this is the password
for access into the MUNI information system, Inet MU...). If you do not know this password, contact the Rights
Administrator [správce práv].
• reservations are possible on all MU Halls of Residence except Veveří and Bří.Žůrků Residence Hall.
• the accommodation start date can be set according to the student's request in the reservation system from
3.1.2024
• the end date of the contract can be set as you choose, the minimum length of accommodation is 2 months,
maximum to 30.6.2024
• for better communication, enter the number of your mobile phone and your e-mail address
• after having booked a bed, it is necessary to electronically sign the accommodation contract and pay the
reservation deposit of 2000 CZK. The deposit is due within 10 days of the reservation. There is not the same
due date for everybody! If the reservation deposit is not settled on the due date and the contract is not
signed, the reservation of a bed may be cancelled
• if the student does not check-in within 5 days from the beginning of the reservation without a written
apology,the reservation is cancelled and the reservation deposit is forfeited
• the bed can be reserved until the capacity of the Halls of residence is exhausted
