Description of the project
There are many exceptionaly assigned assets within the Delivery Center and many
speciallized teams that have speciffic requirements. Currently there is no evidence
of such exceptions.The goal of the project will be to revalidate all exceptionally
assigned assets in teams and create a database of these exceptional cases.
Work activities
revalidation of exceptionally assigned assets to individuals/teams,
determination of special requirements of teams with respect to internal
movements,
creation of a dedicated database of all exceptions within IBM.
