IBM Internship Program 2013
The IBM Delivery Centre team in Brno makes it possible for you to take part in interesting IT
projects within The Internship Program. This program is available from March – June 2013.
IBM Delivery Center Czech Republic Brno is one of the biggest and most diverse IBM centers
of its kind worldwide. Brno centre core activities focus on providing strategic outsourcing services,
remote server and application support, networking services and end customer support.
Account management dashboard project
You will have the opportunity to become part of Account Management team and help create
dynamic account management dashboard. The project consists in preparing and displaying
daily Accounts status based on input from Ticketing tools, using Cognos BI application.
Work activities:
• gathering Data from ticketing tools
• grouping Data by categories
• reviewing compatibility and possibilities to use Cognos BI interface to gather Data
• preparing Data model
• designing presentation model on a single page
• preparing batch file / data transaction on a daily bases.
• testing Data transfer and presentation
Skills required:
• MS Windows, MS Excel
• MS Vbscripts, shell scripting
• Unix - like systems
• Data Bases

Working hours are flexible, ideally 20 - 30 hrs per week. Detailed description of internship will be
given at the interview.
