IBM Delivery Centre CE team in Brno makes it possible for you to take part in interesting projects within
The Internship Program. This program is available from February 2014 – June 2014.
IBM Delivery Centre CE Brno is one of the biggest and most diverse IBM centers of its kind worldwide.
Brno centre core activities focus on providing strategic outsourcing services, remote server and application
support, networking services and end customer support.
Junior Technical Project Manager
Re-validation of the IBM contractual obligation for a Multinational Customer. For increasing the quality of the
provided service IBM continuously running internal projects to detect any possible defects of Teams work and
eliminate possible defects.
Description of roles:
• The assignment of the Project Manager would include cooperation between Client Technical Lead,
Service Management and Technical Teams.
• Candidate is expected to work with Service Management to obtain the details of the contracted services
and cross-check with Technical Teams if all obligation are fulfilled correctly.
• Creation and coordination of the improvement tasks for the teams in case of any defect found as a result
of the checkup.
• All activities will be performed with the support and cooperation of the Customer Technical Leader.
Skills required:
 Basic Knowledge of Project Management
 Knowledge of basic IT terms
 Fluent English
 Knowledge of Excel
 Good Communication Skills
