-Automation Tester for Business Applications -
SolarWinds is looking for smart and talented test automation developer, who does not need to have commercial experience with software development. This position is intended for SSME Fl MUNI 1 semester internship.
Are you a developer with basic programming skills in any OOP language (C#, Java)?

What Associate Automation Tester for Business Applications does in SolarWinds?
• Participates in preparation of test documentation (write Test Cases, contributes to Test Strategy)
• Creates, executes and investigates automated tests
• Enjoys reviewing code of others and accepts constructive criticism about own code
• Performes functional, regression, integration, stress, and performance tests
• Assists customer support with analyzing customer issues and providing extensive details to the development team
• Learns as much as possible and as fast as possible
What is required to succeed in this position?
• Good general IT background
• Basic programming skills in OOP language (C#, Java)
• Interest in networking, databases or systems and applications
• Experience with MS Windows or Linux and web-based applications
• Strong problem solving skills and demonstrated creativity
• Ability to use English on daily basis
What would be helpful, but not required?
• Basic DB and SQL skills
• Networking knowledge and experience (TCP/IP)
• Basic HTML/XML knowledge
