MUNI FSS On 22 November, FSS MU to move to yellow on the traffic-light system General All the following measures are guided by the desire to maintain the possibility of full-time teaching, so that we do not move into the red colour of the university traffic lights. The O-N-T/V-C-T rule (vaccination-cured-test) applies to the healthy, not the sick with symptoms of respiratory disease - they don't attend classes, they don't come to the faculty we repeatedly appeal to students and faculty/staff to, if they are not prevented by health reasons, to have the vaccination. Movement within the Faculty premises It is compulsory to wear respirators in all indoor areas of FSS MU except: • offices where no more than two people are present and working there steadily, have a distance of at least 1.5 m between them and both agree to remove their respirators; • lecturers during teaching with completed vaccinations (all others must wear a respirator at all times). The public is not allowed in the building, except for persons providing instruction (freelancers), representatives of collaborating companies and partners for key meetings that cannot be held online. Study • All seminars and lectures for up to 200 people are taught according to a set schedule in person. • Students are required to prove O-N-T/V-C-T status in the relevant application in IS (http s://is. muni. cz/ auth/koronavirus/). • A once weekly negative antigen test, rapid antigen test (self-test) or RT-PCR test is considered as fulfilling the test obligation recorded in the IS. 1/4 • For seminars and small courses up to 100 students enrolled, the O-N-T/V-C-T registration is verified by the teacher via the Teacher application in IS, for large courses over 100 enrolled students the O-N-T/V-C-T is checked at the entrance to the lecture room by the study department clerk (the registration is available in the List of students in the respective course in the Notebook in the IS). • Anyone who does not present a valid certificate cannot participate in full-time classes. The teacher will assign them substitute work (for example, reading literature or working on a term paper, the specific form of the work is up to the teacher). • There is no hybrid or online instruction; the faculty strives to provide as much as possible and level of face-to-face/contact instruction. • Ventilation of classrooms - building administration will provide ventilation at 7:45 a.m., 9:45 a.m., 11:45 a.m., 1:45 p.m., 3:45 p.m., 5:45 p.m. all classrooms; at the beginning of the next class, teachers close the windows. All windows are closed at 6:00 p.m. • Internships and placements are possible under third party conditions. Examination period, state exams, master's and doctoral entrance examinations • Exams - may be taken in person, but must show proof of O-N-T/V-C-T in IS and maintain a minimum spacing of 1.5 m in all directions lecturers are obliged to offer an online form of examination the faculty management recommends that exams are only taken online for comparability of conditions. • State exams - to be held online only for the autumn semester 2021, the obligation for students to submit one printed copy of the bachelor's or master's thesis, it is to be submitted digitally via IS only. • Master's studies admission - all faculty programs except psychology will be held admissions without contact (essentially following the rules of previous semesters); psychology will hold their entrance exams in person (unless there is further tightening that would make their under strict hygienic conditions and with the obligation to prove O-N-T/V-C-T by all applicants. • Doctoral studies admission - to be held online only. Meetings and conferences • Meetings (including the meetings of departments, institutes): • up to 5 people: it is required to wear face-masks, no spacing required, • 6-25 people: necessary spacing min. 1.5 m between each person, face-masks are required • over 25 people: exclusively online • Conferences, seminars, etc. - O-N-T/V-C-T required - max. 50 people (including organizers); over 50 people - exclusively online • Meeting of the Faculty Scientific Board, the Faculty Senate and the Dean's College will be held online Library, computer rooms • Library - it is forbidden for non-university public to enter the library, only students and employees of the Masaryk University can enter. • The possibility of full-time loans in study rooms remains. • Mecessary 1.5 m spacing in all directions and use of face-masks • Small conference rooms and team rooms will be closed. • Computer rooms - O-N-T/V-C-T required by entering the computer rooms. Employees All employees are required to register O-N-T/V-C-T in INET (https://inet.muni.cz/app/osoby/koronavirus_prevence); it is an obligation to register, with the exception of teaching, employees without O-N-T/V-C-T are not prevented from working • Employees who do not prove O-N-T/V-C-T in INET cannot attend offline teaching; instead, they have an obligation to provide students with alternative tasks without online teaching; the heads of departments impose other job duties on them • The staff in the offices take turns so that there is always a maximum of two people in one room (coordinated by the head of the department) • Home office will be arranged with workers belonging to the risk groups (unvaccinated people over the age of 65, unvaccinated pregnant women, unvaccinated people with chronic diseases) Traveling • It is recommended to carry out business trips only in necessary cases when they cannot be replaced by online meetings. 3/4 • Travels to countries with a non-low COVID risk are prohibited (for a specific overview, see here). • Travels to countries with low COVID risk are possible, the obligation to register in the DROZD system applies.
