1 General  all the following measures are guided by the desire to maintain the possibility of full-time teaching for as long as possible, so that we do not move into the red colour of the university traffic lights  the ONT rule (vaccination - past illness - testing) applies to the healthy, not those with symptoms of respiratory illness - they do not attend classes, do not attend faculty  we repeatedly urge students and faculty staff to be vaccinated unless prevented by health reasons Movement within the Faculty building  it is compulsory to wear respirators in all indoor areas of FSS MU except: o offices, where there are no more than two people who are working steadily, have at least 1.5 m between them and both agree to remove their respirators o lecturers during classes with completed vaccinations (all others must wear a respirator at all times)  the public is not allowed in the building, except for persons providing teaching (freelancers), representatives of collaborating companies and partners for key meetings that cannot be held online Study  all seminars and lectures for up to 200 people are taught in full-time sessions according to the established schedule  students are required to prove their ONT in the relevant application in the IS (https://is.muni.cz/auth/koronavirus/) for full-time teaching  for seminars and small courses with up to 100 students enrolled, the ONT registration is checked by the teacher at the entrance to the room via the Teacher application in IS, for large courses with over 100 students enrolled, the registration is checked by the study department clerk at the entrance to the lecture room (the registration is available in the List of students in the relevant course in the Teacher's Notebook in IS) 2  the teacher is obliged not to admit students who do not provide proof of ONT in IS  those who do not demonstrate ONT cannot attend full-time classes; the teacher is obliged to assign substitute duties (e.g. reading list, presentation or recorded lecture instead of lectures, seminar assignment instead of participation in seminars, etc.)  there is no hybrid or online teaching; the faculty strives to provide face-toface/contact teaching to the maximum extent and level possible  ventilation of classrooms - building administration will ensure that all classrooms are ventilated at 7:45, 9:45, 11:45, 13:45, 15:45, 17:45; at the beginning of the next class, teachers will close the windows; at 18:00, building administration will ensure that all windows are closed  internships and placements are possible under third party conditions Examination periods, state examinations, master's and doctoral entrance examinations  examinations - can be taken in person, but it is necessary to show ONT in the IS and maintain a minimum spacing of 1.5 m in all directions  lecturers are obliged to offer an online form of examination  the faculty management recommends that exams are only taken online for comparability of conditions  state examinations - to be held online only  for the autumn semester 2021, the obligation for students to submit one copy of the printed bachelor's or master's thesis is abolished; it is submitted only digitally via IS  master's entrance exams - all faculty programs except Psychology will hold entrance exams non-contact (following essentially the rules of previous semesters); Psychology will hold entrance exams in person (unless further tightening is made to make them impossible) under strict hygiene conditions and with the requirement of all applicants to demonstrate ONT  doctoral entrance examinations - to be held online only Consultations, meetings, conferences  working meetings (including meetings of departments and institutes): o up to 5 people: no need for spacing, respirators required o 6-25 persons: minimum spacing of 1.5 m required, respirators required o over 25 persons: online only 3  conferences, seminars, etc. - ONT check required - max. 50 persons (all persons, including organisers); over 50 persons - online only  meetings of the faculty Scientific Council, the faculty Senate and the College of the Dean will be held online Library, computer rooms  library - no access for non-university public; only MU students and staff have access  the possibility of borrowing by attendance is maintained  1.5 m spacing in all directions and respirators required in study rooms  closure of small conference and team rooms  computer rooms - in use, but at the entrance it is obligatory to show ONT in IS Staff  all employees are required to record ONT on INET (https://inet.muni.cz/app/osoby/koronavirus_prevence); this is a registration requirement, except for teaching, employees without proven ONT are not prevented from employment  staff who do not demonstrate that they have met the requirements for ONT in INET cannot attend full-time teaching; instead, they are required to provide alternative provision for students without online teaching; in addition, heads of department will impose other duties on them  staff members are rotated in the offices so that there are no more than two permanent staff members at any one time (coordination by the Head of Department)  homeoffice arrangements will be made with staff belonging to risk groups (unvaccinated people over 65, unvaccinated pregnant women, unvaccinated people with chronic illnesses) Travel orders  it is recommended that business trips be made only when necessary and cannot be replaced by online travel  foreign travel orders to locations with other than low COVID risk prohibited (specific overview here)  foreign travel orders to a low-risk COVID location - possible, but registration in the DROZD system is required 4 These rules were discussed and approved at the meeting of the FSS MU management and the College of the Dean of FSS MU on 15 November 2021. prof.
