Please email this form to president@mimsa.cz by November 21st or hand it in to the members of
election committee (Samuel Okereke or Rita Marques). You can also come to the office Mondays 7-
8PM to turn in the form. You can begin campaigning from Nov. 8th until Nov. 28th. Please make sure
all of your campaigning materials are taken down after this day. The elections will be held in the
MIMSA office on Nov. 29th from 10AM – 7PM. The winner will be announced after the tabulation of
