You can choose between the Business Plan, Business Model Canvas or other
tools. However, which of these formats is the best option for developing and
presenting a business idea?
In this Online Educational Forum Lecture "Business model plan, canvas and other
tools", Frans Nauta, Program director of Faculty of Impact , will introduce
different tools for developing and presenting key elements of your business idea.
After the online lecture you will understand
• the characteristics of a Business Model Plan, Business Model Canvas
and other tools
• when to use the different tools along the stages of business development
• common mistakes to avoid when using these tools
