                    Study-Related Fee Schedule for the Academic Year 2023/2024

                         (in the version effective from 1 September 2023)



Pursuant to Section 28 (1) of Act No. 111/1998 Coll., on Higher Education Institutions and on the
Amendment and Addenda to Other Acts (Higher Education Act), as amended (hereinafter referred to as
the “Higher Education Act”), I issue this Measure:


                                             Article 1
                              Assessment of Admission Procedure Fees


1.         Under Section 58 (5) of the Higher Education Act and Section 5 of Appendix No. 2 to the
Masaryk University Statutes (hereinafter referred to as the “Masaryk University Statutes”), I set
the admission procedure fee amount for the academic year 2023/2024 pursuant to Section 58 (1) of
the Higher Education Act and Section 3 of Appendix No. 2 to the Masaryk University Statutes:

2.         Under Section 58 (5) of the Higher Education Act and Section 5 of Appendix No. 2 to the
Masaryk University Statutes, I set the admission fee amount applicable to a degree programme
conducted in a foreign language for the academic year 2023/2024 pursuant to Section 58 (1) of the
Higher Education Act and Section 4 of Appendix No. 2 to the Masaryk University Statutes:

                                             Article 2

                Study-Related Fee Amount Assessment in a Degree Programme Conducted
                                       in a Foreign Language


1.       Under Section 58 (5) of the Higher Education Act and Section 13 of Appendix No. 2 to the
Masaryk University Statutes, I set the tuition fee applicable to a degree programme conducted in a
foreign language for the academic year 2023/2024 pursuant to Section 58 (4) of the Higher Education
Act and Section 12 of Appendix No. 2 to the Masaryk University Statutes:

                                             Article 3

     Assessment of the Fee Amount Applicable to the Assessment of the Fulfilment of Admission
                Requirements pursuant to Section 48 (4)(d) and (5)(a)(c) of the Act


1.       Under Section 48 (7) of the Higher Education Act, I set the fee amount applicable to the
assessment of the fulfilment of the admission requirements for the academic year 2023/2024 pursuant
to Section 48 (4)(d) and (5)(c) of the Act:

                                             Article 4
                                         Final Provisions


1.         I entrust the interpretation of the individual provisions of this Measure to the
Vice-Dean for Full-Time Study Programmes, the Vice-Dean for Science, Research and Doctoral
Programmes, and the Vice-Dean for Internationalization.

2.         The compliance with the Measure applicable to Bachelor’s and follow-up Master’s degree
programmes in Czech is ensured by the head of the Office for Studies; the compliance with the
Measure applicable to Bachelor’s and follow-up degree programmes in a foreign language is ensured
by the head of the Office for International Relations, and the compliance with the Measure
applicable to doctoral degree programmes in Czech and in a foreign language is ensured by the
Department of Science, Research and Doctoral Programmes.

3.         This measure belongs to the area of methodological procedure: “Academic matters and fees
related to studying in bachelor’s and master’s degree programmes taught in Czech”, “Study matters
and fees related to study in bachelor’s and master’s degree programmes taught in a foreign
language”, “Study matters and fees related to doctoral programmes”.

4.         This Measure enters into force on the publication day.

5.         This Measure enters into effect on 1 September 2023.
