Determination of the amount of fees associated with studies for the
academic year 2024/2025
(as amended effective from September 1, 2024)
Pursuant to Section 28, Paragraph 1 of Act No. 111/1998 Coll., on Higher Education Institutions and on
Amendments and Supplements to the of other acts (the Higher Education Act), as amended (hereinafter
referred to as "the Act on Higher Education"), I issue the following measure:
Article 1
Determination of the amount of fees for acts connected with the admission procedure
(1) Pursuant to Section 58 (5) of the Higher Education Act and Article 5 of Annex 2
of the Statutes of Masaryk University (hereinafter referred to as the "MU Statutes"), I hereby
determine for the academic year 2024/2025 the amount of admission fees pursuant to Section
58 (1) of the Higher Education Act and Article 3, Annex 2 of the MU Statutes:
Bachelor's and non-follow-up
Master's degree programme
Follow-up Master's degree
programme
Doctoral study programme

(2) Based on the provisions of Section 58 (5) of the Higher Education Act and Article 5 of Annex 2
of the MU Statutes, I hereby set the admission fees for the academic year 2022/2023 to study
in a foreign language pursuant to Section 58 (4) of the Higher Education Act and Article 4 of the
Annex 2 of the MU Statutes:

Article 2
Determination of the amount of fees for study in a study programme conducted in a foreign
language
(1) Pursuant to the provisions of Section 58 (5) of the Higher Education Act and Article 13 of Annex
2 of the MU Statutes, for the academic year 2024/2025, I hereby set the amount of fees for a study in a
study programme conducted in a foreign language pursuant to section 58 (4) of the Higher Education Act
and Article 12 of Annex 2 of the MU statutes:

Determination of fees for the assessment of admission to study pursuant to Section 48 (4) (d)
and (5) (c) of the Act
(1) Pursuant to the provisions of Section 48 (7) of the Higher Education Act and Article 15 of Annex
2 of the MU Statutes, I hereby set the amount of the fee for the academic year 2022/2023 for acts
related to the assessment of the meeting the conditions for admission to study pursuant to Section
48 (4) (d) and (5) (c) of the Act and Article 14 of Annex 2 to the Statutes:

Article 4
Final provisions
1) This Measure cancels the FSS MU Measure No. 3/2023, dated February 6, 2023
2) I hereby delegate the interpretation of the individual provisions of this measure to the Vice-Dean
responsible for the relevant degree programme.
3) The Bursar of the faculty shall monitor compliance with this measure.
4) This measure shall come into force on the date of its publication.
5) This measure shall come into force on September 1, 2024.
