Determination of the study-related fees for the academic year 2019/2020
(effective from 1 September 2019)
Pursuant to Section 28(1) of Act No. 111/1998 Coll., on Higher Education and on Amendments to Other Acts8 (the Higher Education Act), as amended by later amendments (hereinafter referred to as the Higher Education Act), I issue this measure:
Section 1
Determination of the amount of the fee for the termination of the drinking
exercise
(1)    Pursuant to the provisions of Section 58 (5) of the Higher Education Act and Section 5 of Annex 2 to the Statutes of Masaryk University (hereinafter referred to as "MU Statutes"), I hereby establish the following for the academic year
2019/2020 the amount of the fee for admission to the risk pursuant to Section 58(1) of the Higher Education Act and Article 3 of Annex 2 to the MU Statutes:
All bachelor's and non-continuing master's degree programmes	Continuing Master's degree programmes	Doctoral degree programmes

(2) Pursuant to the provisions of Section 58 (5) of the Higher Education Act and Article 5 of Annex 2 to the MU Statutes, the amount of the fee for admission to study in a foreign language for the academic year 2019/2020 is determined in accordance with Section 58
(4) of the Higher Education Act and Article 4 of Annex 4 to the Statutes.

Determination of the amount of fees for study in a study programme conducted in a foreign
language
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 58 (5) of the Higher Education Act and Article 13 of Appendix 2 of the MU Statutes, the tuition fee for the academic year 2019/2020 is set at
a study programme conducted in a foreign language pursuant to Section 58 (4) of the Higher Education Act and cl. 12 of Annex 2 to The Ml/Statutes:

Castings are given for one academic year.
The amount of the fee for study in study programmes taught in English, set out in this measure, is valid for students commencing study in the given study programme in the academic year 2019/2020 and subsequent years.
The amount of the fee for study in study programmes taught in English is fixed for the entire period of study in the given study programme and will remain unchanged for the entire period of study in the relevant study programme.
The amount of the fee of students enrolled in studies before the entry into force of this measure shall be set according to the fee applicable at the time of their enrolment in order to comply with the faculty's commitment not to increase the tuition fees in the course of their studies.
The tuition fee for the first academic year of each study programme conducted in English is due on the date of enrolment in the study programme conducted in English.
The tuition fee for each academic year following the year of commencement of the study programme (2nd year and above) is due on 15 September of the academic year.
The student is entitled to divide the tuition fee into two equal instalments. The first instalment is due within the time limits set out in paragraphs (5) and (6), the second instalment is due on 15 February of the relevant academic year. If a student falls into default with the payment of the tuition fee, he/she is obliged to pay an additional fee for studying in English in the amount of 5.000,- CZK.

Determination of the fee for verification of foreign education
In accordance with Section 48 (7) of the Higher Education Act, I set the fee for the verification of foreign education for applicants for admission to bachelor's and master's studies in the academic year 2019/2020 in accordance with Section 48 (4) of the Act at CZK 750.
Fee for verification of foreign education for applicants for admission to doctoral and postgraduate studies, in the academic year 2019/2020, in the sense of §48 (5) of the Higher Education Act, the faculty does not select.

Section 4 Establishment
I entrust the interpretation of the individual provisions of this measure to the Vice-Dean for Studies in Preclinical Disciplines of General Medicine, F.
Control of compliance with this measure is exercised by the Secretary of the Faculty.
This measure shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
This measure shall enter into force on 1 September 2019.
