Measure of the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine of Masaryk University No. 6/2018
On authorising persons responsible for recognition of results of foreign study and work stays of students of the Faculty of Medicine of Masaryk University
Pursuant to Directive MU No.8/2011: Rules for Recognition of Results of Foreign Study and Work Stays of Students of Masaryk University (hereinafter referred to as the "Directive"), I issue the following measure pursuant to Section 28(1) of Act No.111/1998 Coll., on Higher Education and on Amendments and Additions to Other Acts:
I. Subject of modification
(1) The object of this measure is to designate authorised persons within the meaning of Article 3(4) of the Directive.
II. Appointment of the person in charge of study and working stays
(1) I hereby delegate the activities of the person in charge within the meaning of Article 3(4) of the Directive to the Vice-Dean for English Studies and Internationalisation and the Vice-Dean for Non-Medical Study Programmes and Information Technology.
(2) The authorised persons are responsible for the performance of all relevant activities set out in the Directive, in particular:
a) signing the Learning Agreement according to Article 3, paragraphs 4-6 of the Directive,
■■ b) signing of the Training Agreement, in accordance with Article 7(4)-(8) of the Directive,
c) deciding on the classification and the amount of credit to be
recognised in the cases provided for in Article 4(7) of the Directive.
(3) The designated persons are also responsible for publishing all the necessary information for the recognition of study stays on the Faculty's website.
(4) Authorised persons also supervise compliance with the directive within the MU
Faculty of Medicine.

III. Final provisions
(1) I entrust the interpretation of the individual provisions of this instruction to the Head of the Foreign Department of the ML) Faculty of Arts.
(2) Compliance with this measure is monitored by the Vice-Dean for English Studies and Internationalisation and the Vice-Dean for Non-Medical Study Programmes and Information Technology.
(3) The measure shall enter into force and effect on the date of its promulgation.
(4) Upon the entry into force of this measure, Measure No. 3/2012 of the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine is repealed.
