Students of the Civil Law and Civil Procedure and Business Law programmes will be transferred to the Private Law and Civil Procedure programme from 13 February 2023 to 24 February 2023. 2. Students in the first and second year of the History of Law and Roman Law programmes and the Theory of Law programme will transfer to the Theory and History of Law programme between 13 February 2023 and 24 February 2023; students in the third year of these programmes will transfer between 18 September 2023 and 22 September 2023. 3. Students in the first year of the Financial Law and Financial Sciences programme and the Administrative and Environmental Law programme will be transferred to the Public Law Studies programme between 13 February 2023 and 24 February 2023; students in the second and third year of these programmes will be transferred between 18 September 2023 and 22 September 2023. 4. First-year students of the International and European Law and Private International Law programmes will be transferred to the International Law Studies programme between 13 February 2023 and 24 February 2023; second- and third-year students of these programmes will be transferred between 18 September 2023 and 22 September 2023. Article 2 1. Students shall be informed of their transfer to the successor doctoral programmes specified in the preceding article (hereinafter referred to as "successor programmes") by notification. 2. The transfer does not affect the calculation of the total study time. For the purposes of determining tuition fees and awarding scholarships, study in the terminating programme is not considered unsuccessful. 3. Enrollment in the next semester after the transfer date set forth in the preceding section (hereinafter referred to as the "transfer point") is made in the successor program. If the student has met the requirements for enrolment in the next semester in the terminating program and requests enrolment, the student will be enrolled in the successor program for the next semester with the consent of the instructor. 4. The student registers for courses for the semester in which the transfer takes place after the time of transfer during the period specified in the schedule. 5. The transfer also applies to persons whose studies are interrupted in accordance with Section 54 of the Act and Article 13 of the MU Study and Examination Regulations. Pursuant to Article 8 of Masaryk University Measure No. 2/2019, the transfer does not apply to students who are parties to proceedings to terminate their studies; in the event that such proceedings are terminated without the termination of studies, the transfer takes place immediately after the termination of the proceedings. Article 3 1. The research focus of the dissertation, as well as the assigned supervisors or advisors (if any), will not change for students subject to transfer. 2. The individual study plans of first-year students of the discontinuing programmes are developed and approved by the supervisors to meet the requirements of the respective successor programmes. If, as a result of the transfer, the individual study plan of an upper-year student needs to be changed, the student or the supervisor shall propose the change by the end of the first semester in which the student is enrolled in the successor programme after the transfer. Individual study plans, as well as changes thereto, shall be approved by the departmental board of the successor programme from the time of transfer. 3. From the moment of transfer, the transferred student is obliged to fulfil the study obligations in the successor programme. 4. The study requirements that have been fulfilled in the terminating programme up to the time of transfer and that are identical in content to the study requirements in the successor programme shall be deemed to have been fulfilled in the successor programme. This applies in particular to the completion of courses of a faculty-wide basis (courses coded with the letters "DS"), from which the student is obliged to obtain at least 12 credits (ECTS), as well as courses related to the preparation of the dissertation, professional publications, internationalisation, conference presentations and the development of teaching skills (courses coded with the letters "DI"), from which the student is obliged to obtain at least 180 credits (ECTS), and the obligation to pass the state final examination. 5. The first sentence of the preceding paragraph also applies to the obligation to obtain 48 ECTS credits by completing subject courses (courses whose code begins with the letters "DO" in the declining letters). The student is obliged to take subject courses in the successor programme only to the extent necessary to achieve the total of 48 ECTS credits. Compulsory subject courses are considered as compulsory electives for these purposes, unless the subject board of the successor programme decides otherwise by the time of the transfer. Article 4 1. I am entrusting the implementation of this measure to the Department for Doctoral Studies and Rigorosis Proceedings. 2. I hereby delegate the interpretation of the individual provisions of this measure and the control of compliance with this measure to the Vice-Dean for Doctoral Studies and Rigorosum Proceedings. 3. This measure shall enter into force on 1 January 2023. In Brno, 19 December 2022 Martin Škop Dean Translated by DeepL machine translation service.
