Pursuant to Section 28(1) of Act No. 111/1998 Coll., on Higher Education Institutions and
on Amendments and Additions to Other Acts (the Higher Education Act), as amended
(hereinafter referred to as "the Act"), I issue the following measure:
Article 1
Rules for representing the Dean
Based on the provisions of Article 26, paragraph 4 of the Statutes of the Faculty of Law of
MU as amended, I hereby appoint as the statutory representative of the Dean Assoc. JUDr.
Ing. Michal Radvan, Ph.D. At the same time, I establish the following rules for representing
