Implementation of HR Award – HRS4R Project

(into force from 1st September 2018)

In accordance with Art. 28 par. 1 of Act No. 111/1998 Sb., o vysokých školách a o změně

a doplnění dalších zákonů (Higher Education Act), I hereby issue the following provision:

Article 1

(1)         With the intention to create long-term, sustainable, international, prestigious, and transparent workspace open to top researchers, both domestic and foreign, effective from 1.1.2018, The Faculty of Science of Masaryk University (hereinafter as “Faculty”) launched Setting up a Strategic Management for a Research Organisation in accordance with requirements of obtaining the HR Award for the faculty project, which is part of the OP VVV “Development of Human Resources and MU’s International Research Orientation” (HR4MU) project (hereinafter as “Project”). This project is co-financed by the European Union. 

The Goal of the Faculty is to implement HR strategy for researchers (HRS4R) in accordance with the Commission’s Recommendation 2005/251/EC, on the European Charter for Researchers and on the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers.

(2)         Management of the Faculty considers the implementation of the Project and the human resources strategy its strategic priority.

Article 2

All Faculty employees shall, when being asked to and with respect to their capacities, provide assistance and cooperation to the project team during the Project implementation.

Article 3

Project implementation staffing scheme is provided in the first annex of this provision.

Article 4

(1)         I hereby designate Faculty Bursar as the person responsible for interpretation, updating, and enforcement of this provision.

(2)         This provision shall be valid on the day of its signature and come into force on 1st September 2018.
