Instruction of the Director of the Central European Institute of Technology of Masaryk University No. 1/2023 Recommended minimum wage and percentage for year-onyear increase in personnel costs in submitted projects (effective as of 1 January 2025) Article 1 Subject matter This instruction is issued based on the director's measure Wage Policy, Evaluation and Remuneration of Employees CEITEC MU 8/2023 and set the recommended minimum wage for all job positions at CEITEC MU and the percentage for year-on-year increases in personnel costs in projects submitted to CEITEC MU. Article 2 Recommended Minimum Wage for Job Positions According to the Career System (1) For positions by the valid and effective CEITEC MU Career System, a minimum monthly gross wage of the following is recommended: (a) Senior Research Group Leader – CZK 80 000 (b) Junior Research Group Leader – CZK 65 000 (c) Senior Researcher – CZK 45 000 (d) Junior Researcher – CZK 30 000 (e) Specialized clinical researcher - CZK 45 000 (f) Postdoc – CZK 45 000 (g) PhD student – CZK 30 000 (h) Head of Core Facility - CZK 60 000 (i) Specialized technical worker - CZK 35 000 (j) Technician, laboratory technician – CZK 30 000 (k) Administrative position – CZK 25 000 Article 3 Percentage for year-on-year increase in personnel costs in submitted projects (1) In the planned budgets of submitted projects, the recommended percentage for the yearon-year increase in personnel costs is 5%.
