General Information
I. History – Present – Future
The presentation gives general information about development of Czech Family Law from the year of 1918 (the establishment of the Czechoslovak republic), over the year of 1948 (the communist take over), the year of 1989 (the velvet revolution) to present. It is focused on designed law (Governmental Draft Civil Code), as well.
