EP It ,2 * a # a a • * a stu slovak university dp technology jh oratislava national heritage institute ITAMaRCCIHP MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING ON ACADEMIC EXCHANGE among participants as follows Czech Technical University in Prague, Czech Republic Masaryk University, Brno, Czech Republic Danube University Krems, Republic of Austria Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava, Slovak Republic National Heritage Institute, Czech Republic Institute of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics of the Czech Academy of Sciences, Czech Republic This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is entered into among the Czech Technical University in Prague (Jugoslávských partyzánu 1580/3,160 00 Praha 6, Czech Republic), Masaryk University (Zerotinovo nam. 617/9, 601 77 Brno, Czech Republic), Danube University Krems (Dr.-Karl-Dorrek-Str. 30, 3500 Krems, Republic of Austria), Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava (Vazovova 5, 812 43 Bratislava 1, Slovak Republic), the National Heritage Institute (Valdštejnské nam. 162/3, 118 01 Prague 1, Czech Republic) and the Institute of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics of the Czech Academy of Sciences (Prosecka 809/76,190 00 Prague 9, Czech Republic) and for the purpose of promoting academic exchange and further developing the cooperative relationship focused on interdisciplinary cooperation in the field of protection of cultural inheritance between the above mentioned six participants. In consideration of mutual obligations below, the parties agree as follows: 1. Exchange of Academics, Research Personnel and Administrative Personnel All parties agree to dispatch academics, research personnel or administrative personnel to each other to participate in academic exchange activities and to explore possibilities of collaboration, The specific implementation of the academic exchange shall be negotiated separately by and between all parties. Any arrangement of student exchange shall be governed by a separate agreement on student exchange specifically signed for that purpose. The student exchange agreement may constitute part of this MOU or may be signed independently. Exploration of Teaching Collaboration All parties agree to explore the possibility of cooperation in offering degree programs and/or training courses. The specific implementation of collaborative projects shall be negotiated separately pursuant to the needs of parties involved. Scientific Research Collaboration All parties encourage scientific research collaboration in mutually interesting research projects. The specific implementation of collaborative projects shall be negotiated separately pursuant to the needs of parties involved. Sharing of Joint Research Results Results of any joint research achieved during the collaboration period (such as research papers, developed samples, physical products, etc.) and attributable profits shall be shared among the parties concerned according to their agreed extent of contribution. Exchange of Institutional Publications All parties shall exchange official publications such as annual reports, research publications, etc. Validity and Renewal This MOU is written in six counterparts and each party shall keep one original counterpart. This MOU shall come into effect immediately once signed and shall stay in force for FIVE (5) years. All parties reserve the right to terminate this MOU by giving a written notice with no less than SIX (6) months termination period. All parties shall discuss and decide on the continuation or revision of the MOU SiX (6) months prior to its expiration. Pursuant to the Act No. 340/2015, On Contract Register (Contract Register Act), the text of MOU shall be published. The contract shall be made accessible to the general public, but personal data, signatures and bank account information shall be omitted.
