2.  Fictional and Factual Worlds of Modern Czech

This seminar introduces students to some basic examples of the relationship between factual and
fictional worlds given in the preceding introductory lecture. These particular texts were chosen to
demonstrate some of the crucial differences between the two ways of constructing worlds with regard
to the original texts underlying these structures.
