9. Milan Kundera’s Fiction and Facts Lecturer: Bohumil Fořt 23 April This seminar introduces students to one of the most widely referred to works of modern Czech literature, Milan Kundera´s The Unbearable Lightness of Being. Based on this particular text, an analysis of crucial factual and fictional issues of Czech history will follow. A general survey of Kundera´s work is also a part of this lecture.
