The aim of the course:

Students are given a chance to apply their theoretical knowledge in writing case studies where they
aim to solve business / managerial problem of their own choice. Studetns work in small teams.


Requirements:

- to present the results of your work;

- to hand in a written paper.


Time schedule of the course:


WED   18/02/2009      Lecture –    introduction to the course, introduction to project management

WED   25/02/2009      Lecture –    Critical path method

WED   03/03/2009      Lecture -    Risk management


The rest of the course will consist of regular consultations over the projects. These consultations
are scheduled as follows:

WED   25/03/2009      Consultation – all students should be present (room S3)

WED   08/04/2009      Consultation – all students should be present (room S3)

WED   22/04/2009      Consultation – all students should be present (room S3)


Besides these regular consultations, individual consultations can be arranged. In this case pleas
don’t hesitate to contact me to arrange for the particular date and time of the meeting.


The course will be completed by your presentations. Presentations will take place at:
