   this is to inform you that the application deadline for the GE Foundation Scholar-Leaders
   Program in the Czech Republic has been extended, the new application deadline is January 31,
   2007. For this scholarship, second-year students can apply at your university, in the
   following fields: engineering, technology, economics, management. We would be grateful if you
   could pass on this information to interested students.

   Great scholarship opportunity from the GE Foundation - new application deadline: January 31,

   15 second-year students will be awarded in the GE Foundation Scholar-Leaders
   Program at five selected Czech universities in the fields of economics,
   management, technology and engineering.
   The award:
   - a 1000 Euro annual scholarship for three years (total 3000 Euros)
   - the opportunity to participate in an annual summer seminar
   - a work shadowing day with GE
   - the opportunity to join an international student network
