Course requirements:

_ minimum 80% attendance (maximum 2 absences unexcused per semester)

_ handing in a translation of one of provided articles on a business topic (see below)

_ active participation in seminars (systematic preparation for seminars and fulfillment of

assignments)

_ passing the credit test (minimum 60% of the total number of points) in the last class of

the semester, i.e., Wednesday, December 10)

Translation:

_ every student has to translate a chosen article by him-/herself, without help of anyone else,

_ you have to include your name, university number (učo) and the number of an article

you decided to translate,

_ it must be written in Czech or Slovak, on a high grammatical and stylistic level,

_ it must be submitted in time and in the required length, i.e., approximately 1

standardized page (1800 characters including spaces),

_ it must be submitted in a printed form (not electronically), double-spaced,

_ the deadline for submitting the summary is Friday, November 14, 2008.
