Course structure
● Strategy:
- Strategic game - in groups outside of lectures
- Mondays classroom material and break out rooms work
● Leadership
- Leadership stories - individual submission of 3x max 500 words
- Classroom material and break out rooms work
● Change management
● Coaching fundamentals
- Classroom material and break out rooms work
LOTS of time will be spent in smaller discussion groups
Completion criteria
● Strategic game - weekly submission, Saturdays midnight, starting
Saturday, 20th
● Strategic game - 2 quizzes (deadlines March 20, May 31)
● Strategic game - 2 peer evaluations (deadlines March 27, May 31)
● Google form - class takeaways (2 minutes after each class
starting next week)
● Odevzdavarny - 3 leadership stories
● Team presentation - May 24th and May 31st
