Daniela Belajová is a[LŠ1]  researcher of the Centre for Education, Research and Innovation in
Information and Communication Technologies at the Faculty of Informatics, Masaryk University. From
the beginning of her career, she has been a member of one of the leading cybersecurity teams [DEL:
with :DEL] in the Czech Republic, [INS: the :INS] CSIRT-MU of Masaryk University in Brno.
Experience[DEL: s :DEL] from network data analysis, incidents handling and response, she is
gradually transforming into the teaching process at her alma mater Masaryk University where acts as
an educator in recent years.

In the talk, Daniela will present her current research aiming at the automation of cybersecurity
training environments construction involving emerging technologies and AI as the promising
direction in the cybersecurity education process. [LŠ2]

Since 2019[INS: , :INS] Florian Gnadlinger M.Sc. [DEL: is :DEL] [INS: has been :INS] working as a
research fellow within the [INS: Creative Media – R&D :INS] research group [DEL: Creative Media –
R&D :DEL] at the Research Center for Culture and Computer Science which is part [LŠ3] of the
University of Applied Sciences Berlin. In his position[INS: , :INS] he is focusing [LŠ4] on the
ideation and development of AI supported game-based learning applications and[INS: , :INS] in
general[INS: , :INS] [LŠ5] virtual learning environments. From 2011[INS: to :INS] [DEL: - :DEL]
[INS: :INS] 2018[INS: , :INS] before his time in Berlin[INS: , :INS] he has been working as game
development lead for commercial companies in the area of educational and serious games in Austria.
Next to his occupational and academic career[INS: , :INS] he[LŠ6]  was teaching [LŠ7] in the area
of game development at different educational institutes in Austria and Germany. His research is
focusing [LŠ8] on the areas of adaptive learning, learner analysis and [DEL: of :DEL] the
connection of the[INS: two :INS] [DEL: se :DEL] areas [DEL: with :DEL] [INS: to :INS] machine
learning approaches especially [INS: those :INS] with reinforcement learning.

Dasa Kusnirakova is a researcher at [INS: the :INS] Centre for Education, Research and Innovation
in Information and Communication Technologies at Masaryk University in Brno. She is a member of the
international research team in Laboratory of Software Architectures and Information Systems,
and[LŠ9]  her research focuses on Trust-driven and Ethical Supervision of Autonomous Digital
Ecosystems. Besides her keen interest in employment of modern information technologies in practice
and technological influence on society, Dasa has gained expertise in AI and SW[LŠ10]  development
from working as a NLP[LŠ11]  developer in a fast-growing company Coworkers.ai dealing with
conversational AI.
Today, Dasa will present her original research results regarding challenges dealing with human
dignity and privacy that are arising in the era of autonomous systems. [LŠ12]

Danielle Langlois is a PhD candidate at Masaryk University studying esports training procedures.
She began her academic journey in psychology, earning a Master’s degree from Stephen F. Austin
State University, [INS: USA, :INS] then[INS: , :INS] taught psychology at Sam Houston State
University[INS: , USA, :INS] for a few years before moving to Czechia to pursue a PhD. Her research
has always existed at the intersection of psychology and computer science, examining how people
interact with various forms of technology, mostly video games.
Today she will discuss a revisit to her Master’s thesis, which was originally designed from a
psychological perspective. Danielle and her supervisor collected a great deal of data, but due to
time constraints were not able to analyze all the data collected. So, now, years later, they have
looked back at that dataset and approached answering unanswered research questions from a Computer
Science perspective.

Martin Geletka is a researcher at the Faculty of Informatics at Masaryk University in Brno. He
started his career as Software Developer at Artin[LŠ13] . He worked on various successful
[LŠ14] projects, where he gained knowledge and skills on how to deliver any project to a successful
end[LŠ15] . Since 2020[INS: , :INS] his primary focus has been on Machine [INS: L :INS] [INS:
[LŠ16]  :INS] [DEL: l :DEL] earning, especially Natural Language Processing. In his ongoing PhD
studies, he continues his work on Speeding up large Neural models to achieve their usability in
real-time systems, where low latency is necessary.[INS: :INS]

:DEL] Today, Martin will present how his theoretical research is applied in practical application
and explain the challenges of delivering this system from theory to real-world use.

Zuzana Schwarzova is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Informatics at Masaryk University in Brno,
Czech Republic. She works as a researcher at the Laboratory of Service Systems, where she focuses
on an analysis of Smart Cities and Smart Services from a multicontextual point of view. Zuzana and
her team have worked in close cooperation with several municipalities and the Ministry of [DEL:

:INS] Czech Republic, aiding them with analysis and the practical implementation of Smart Services.
