Technical report
can be writen in Czech (Slovak) or English. Recommended length ca 10 pages (annexes not necessary but
welcome). Must be written according to the following structure:
1. Introduction, circumstances/úvod, okolnosti (Why does chosen position interest me, job
interview or other job initiation processes, what were my expectations at the beginning of Interim
Project… / Proč mě vybraná pozice zaujala, výběrové řízení, jaká byla moje očekávání na začátku
Interim Projectu…)
2. Goals/cíle (What goals of my Interim Project did we set with my guarantor, what should be the
output, product, final status… / Jaké jsme s garantem stanovili cíle mého Interim Projectu, co mělo
být výstupem, produktem, finálním statusem…)
3. Team - members, my roles and responsibilities within the team/tým – jednotliví členové, moje
role a zodpovědnosti v týmu (Description of each member of my team during Interim Project with
an emphasis on my role within the project/team, particular responsibilites for activities/areas within
the team/project/company… / Zde popíšu jednotlivé členy svého týmu v rámci Interim Projectu s
důrazem na svou roli v projektu/týmu, konkrétní zodpovědnosti za činnosti/oblasti v rámci
týmu/projektu/firmy…)
4. Project anatomy, analysis/anatomie projektu, analýza, WBS (Course of my Interim Project, time
frame including important deadlines, key moments analysis, WBS… / Průběh mého Interim Projectu,
časový rámec včetně důležitých deadlinů, analýza klíčových momentů, WBS…)
5. Results, important aspects/výsledky, důležité aspekty (Results of my Interim Project – within the
project and within my role, important aspects… / Výsledky mého Interim Projectu – na projektu, v
rámci pozice, důležité aspekty…)
6. Experience gained/získané zkušenosti (What have I learned during my Interim Project, in what
aspects have I improved, which mistake will I never do again… / aneb Co jsem se během svého
Interim Projectu naučil, v čem jsem se zlepšil, jakou chybu už neudělám…)

a. What knowledge gained during SSME-study I have used during my Interim Project/Jaké znalosti
nabyté během studia SSME jsem využil během své stáže? (What knowledge/skills gained during
SSME study have I used, utilized during my Interim Project… / které znalosti/dovednosti získané

b. Lacked knowledge or What skills I have missed during my Interim Project/Jakou
znalost/dovednost jsem během svého Interim Projectu postrádal? (What have I needed to know
during Interim Project, but have not found among SSME courses… / Co jsem během Interim Projectu
potřeboval, ale mezi předměty SSME nenašel…)
7. Recommendations for the future/rady do budoucna (What mistakes would I never do again,
what can I recommend, why it’s better getting a job after finishing the study with real work
experience than without it… / Jaké chyby bych už neudělal, co mohu naopak doporučit, proč je lepší
jít do praxe po ukončení studia s reálnou pracovní zkušeností než bez ní…)
