FINAL EXAM INFORMATION bk4003

The exam will take place at school, in computer room C15/227.

It comprises two parts: written and oral.


The written part includes:

1.       listening – 2 tasks: gap-filling, T/F

2.       reading - 2 tasks: gap-filling , matching titles with paragraphs

3.       gramlex: various tasks testing grammar + vocabulary done in the classes (as studied in
bk4003 or alternatively, in bp4003, or in courses v2039/v2040)

4.       the last task in the test is Writing: write an e-mail letter in the academic environment


The oral part includes:

 Describing one of the 13 topics for oral examination + additional questions


Marking:            Test (without Writing) max. 60 points, passmark 36p.

                               Writing (academic email) max. 15p., passmark 9p.

                               Oral part: max. 25p., passmark 19p.
