Group Project Parameters.

1)      Read the readings

2)      Do some personal research on how Brexit will SPECIFICALLY affect your home country/you as a
citizen of that country/you personally

3)      Get together with your group for a discussion (I would say 60-90 minutes) about this topic;
you must meet and discuss this face-to-face (virtual discussions are not sufficient)

4)      Specifically address the following questions (along with any others you bring to the
conversation)

a.       Is the idea of the Nation-State dead? (from the readings)

b.      How is Brexit related to the idea of changing current conceptions of global governance?

c.       What is the broader impact of Brexit regarding the politics of globalization (i.e. from
the readings)

d.      How does Brexit affect you, your home country, and that of your groupmates (get a sense of
the impact on everyone in your group)?

5)      Write a 2-page response paper that answers/addresses the 4 questions above, in light of
your conversation, and hand it in to the Homework dropbox in our class by April 1
