TEORIE SOCIÁLNÍ POLITIKY
cíl kursu: Cílem kursu je
(1) prostudovat základní literaturu o teorii sociální politiky (Flora-Heidenheimer, Esping-Andersen,
Ringen, Pierson, Barr, Mitchell, Offe, Sen) za účelem systematického zodpovězení otázek: „Jaký je smysl
a funkce sociální politiky v (post)moderní společnosti ?“, „Jak lze nahlížet a hodnotit přínosy sociální
politiky?“
(2) využít vybraný koncept teorie sociální politiky (viz program) při reflexi tématu vlastní disertace,
případně při reflexi některých teoretických otázek, které s tématem disertace volně souvisejí.
zadání:
ad 1) Vypracovat esej na téma
a) “Principy, cíle a funkce vybrané sociální intervence v kontextu soudobého sociálního vývoje“ nebo
b) „Sociální a ekonomická efektivnost (a efektivita) vybrané sociální intervence“.
Rozsah textu maximálně 10 stran. Forma textu: stať pro odborný časopis.
ad 2) Vypracovat esej, v němž bude vybraný koncept teorie sociální politiky využit k reflexi tématu vlastní
disertace. Rozsah textu cca 20 stran. Forma textu: stať pro odborný časopis. Žádoucí (ne však nezbytné) je,
aby byl esej publikován a zařazen do textu disertace.
podmínka zápočtu: Odevzdání textů (viz zdadání), jejich uznání učitelem a presentace konceptu eseje
(viz zadání „ad 2“).
zkouška:
Zkouška má dvě části:
část A (1) obhajoba eseje před komisí nebo (2) publikace eseje v odborném tisku.
Část B Diskuse vybraných teoretických aspektů sociální politiky před komisí.
