I am delighted at your option for this class. In the country with so brave Constitutional Court
(and Head of State as well) it could be interesting.

I have been planning our classes in constitutional law for Wednesdays at 3.30

p.m. in my cabinet (Nr. 142, 1. floor). This is always the date of our

preliminary meeting on 23th September, when we shall settle all necessary. Since

there are six of you, I do not know, if the scheduled time will fit for

everybody. So am ready to look for a solution convenient for all of you (since I am an owl, I do
not prefer to start at 7).

For Johannes - you absence for two weeks would not be a problem.
