Ke zkoušce si vezměte řádně vyplněné protokoly z praktických cvičení (své vlastní), index a psací potřeby. V případě nutnosti odhlášení po termínu volejte na sekretariát kliniky 543 183 091 (jen výjimečné případy!!!). Studenti se shromáždí v šatně před praktikárnou. Odtud se přesunou do praktikárny, kde si nechají věci a absolvují praktickou část zkoušky. Poté se úspěšní studenti přemístí do pracovny examinátora, kde proběhne teoretická část zkoušky, včetně přípravy na ni. Při praktické zkoušce bude studentovi vydána jeho karta, kterou si student musí uchovat během celého examinačního procesu. Teoretických otázek je 180, student si vytáhne jednu trojici z šedesátí. Praktických úkolů je 50, studentům nejsou dány k dispozici, odpovídají přibližně protokolům.

For the examination, take with you your notes from practical lessons, your index and pen. If you need to cancel your registration after deadline, call secretary's office - 543 183 091 (exceptional cases only!!!). The students will wait in the cloacroom next to the practicals' hall. From here, they will be picked up by the assistant to absolve the practical part of the exam. The succesfull students will be then allowed to move themselves to examiner's office, where the theoretical part will take place, incl. preparing for it. At practical exam, the student will be given his card, that should be kept by the student during the whole examination process. There are 150 theoretical questions, students will pick a triplet. There are 50 practical tasks, they correspond to the practical teaching. The list of practical questions is not given to students.
