Aims of the chapter - What will you learn? To understand the basic concepts related to intellectual disabilities in education, to be able to define intellectual disability, recognize the basic manifestations of intellectual disability on the bio-psycho-social levels and to describe main features and charakteristicks of people with selected types of intellectual disabilities.
