This week, we were establishing a shared definition of the term CULTURE and using models to represent INTERCULTURAL COMMUNICATION.
We introduced and analysed various banknotes - what kind of value they have, what kind of values they represent.
Also, we were observing, analysing and discussing different understanding of numbers in various cultures.
What could a potential world currency look like?
What does "a small wedding", " a bit late" and "really close" mean in different cultural backgrounds?
In what ways can numbers be confusing during intercultural communication?
