Comparing and contrasting the pictures


Comment on these two photographs - compare and contrast them, and give your opinion about them.
You will only have one minute to do this. Try to keep talking; avoid any long gaps.

You might start by giving a brief description of each of the pictures. You do not have to describe
them in detail.
If you are not sure what the picture is, use your imagination and say what you think it is. It
doesn't matter if you are wrong.


How to refer to the pictures

§  the first picture (referring to the one on the left or on top);
