Seminář je věnován novým přístupům k optické charakterizaci tenkých vrstev. Jednací řečí bude anglický
jazyk.
Seminář se bude konat v místnosti A2/201 (zasedací místnost Ústavu fyzikálního inženýrství), Fakulta
