Course Organization

Dear students,

Welcome to the course. Here you will find the basic information about the course and the requirements for its successful completion.

This course consists of studying and presenting selected research papers from the fields of computer graphics and visualization. In the beginning, you will be provided with a list of papers from top conferences and journals in these fields and your first task will be to select a paper of your interest, find its predecessor (from its references), and will be presenting both within the semester. Based on these two presentations, you will get your credits.

The semester will be organized as follows:

Week 1: Initial instructions, presentation of the course outline, and the list of research papers.

Week 2: Each student has to have a paper selected and should come up with suggestions for its predecessors. At the end of the lecture, each student will be decided on the two papers that he or she will be presenting.
