18. 9. Teaching online due to reconstruction in the FSS building. 

By the end of the course, you will:

  • have further developed abstract thinking about international relations based on theoretical presuppositions
  • have gained an appreciation for the intellectual history of the discipline
  • have widened your repertoire of theories and exercised your critical thinking about them
  • have exercised your debating and cooperation skills during the practical parts of the sessions

Check-list for taking the course

  • I have a good command of English (minimum B2 level CEFR or equivalent).
  • I understand the spoken English of the presentations and instruction
  • I understand written English of academic texts
  • I can present my research articulately
  • I am willing to cooperate and discuss with my classmates - the course is very interactive
  • I have a solid understanding of basic theories of international relations (I know what realism, liberalism, Marxism and constructivism in International Relations mean)
