Interactive Syllabus

This course focuses on economic law in Europe, the interaction between EU and EFTA countries, and in relation to third countries such as Switzerland and the USA. The course primarily focuses on one of the four freedoms within the EU, namely Financial Services. The course deals with the regulation and supervision of the financial market, particularly in Europe. It also focuses on the Banking Union and its various pillars that help ensure the financial market's stability or the provision of financial services, particularly in the EU.

The course aims to learn the essential links within the economic cooperation framework in Europe, particularly with the link to the EEA and the EU concerning the four fundamental freedoms. The primary knowledge students will achieve is in the free movement of capital and (financial) services.
