Welcome to the course Methods of Protein Characterization

What you should expect: It is an online course through which you will gradually proceed. You are supposed to watch commented videos and go through the presentations by yourself.

The course consists of 4 parts, which will be uploaded gradually during the semester.

  1. Protein characterization by biochemical methods
  2. Protein characterization by NMR
  3. Protein characterization by cryoEM
  4. Protein characterization by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and Bio-SAXS
