This five-day intensive course combines all the materials from the Foundation and Practitioners courses into one continuous model. It is meant for individuals wishing to remain focused on certification and are willing to work hard to accomplish that goal in a five-day period. The course fully accredited and provides delegates with all the support they require to pass both examinations. Both examinations are administered during the course. Participants are required to pass the Foundation examination prior to writing the Practitioner exam.

The foundation component teaches individuals the basics of PRINCE2 and enables them to become certified at the Foundation level. The Practitioner component helps delegates expand on the knowledge gained at the Foundation level and allows them to apply this knowledge within a project management case study setting. To enable this in an efficient and effective manner, an approved case study is used as the focal point of the course.
