Course description:
The course focuses on review of and further exercises in the most problematic grammar structures found at the B1/B1+ level. Forms, meanings, and usage of grammatical structures of English are not only explained by an experienced teacher, they are also extensively practised during the lesson with the goal of making them automatic to the student. Learner-focused activities such as the analysis of learner errors will form an essential part of the lessons.

Course content:

• conditionals
• adjectives, adverbs and adverbial phrases: comparatives and superlatives, gradable vs nongradable + modifiers, -ed vs -ing
• collocations and phrasal verbs
