    Cancellation and Refund Policy
    • Cancellations made on or before 15 June 2025 will be eligible for an 80% refund of the participation fee.
    • Cancellations made from 16 June to 15 July 2025 will be eligible for a 50% refund.
    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 15 July 2025.

    • The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program schedule, speakers, or venue if necessary. Participants will be informed of any significant updates as soon as possible.
