The study is mostly focused on Latin language and literature, but to a great extent also on Ancient Greek language. The study deepens the knowledge and language competence previously acquired in the bachelor cycle of studies: the knowledge of linguistics (historical phases of development of Latin and Ancient Greek language), Latin literature, late and medieval Latin. Students specialise in areas of their own choice within the framework of facultative subjects: translation, history, literary history, Latin and Greek medieval studies.
