User Support for the MU Information System (IS-technicians)
IS technicians provide the users with consultations and training for working with the MU IS administrative agendas (Office for Studies, Student, Document Office, Course Catalogue, Publications, …). They help both staff and students with effective use of these agendas, thus improving their IT literacy.
