Subject is connected to the basic practice course in immunology that is why students are supposed to have finished the basic practice course in immunology. The course is to extended the theory and praxis of basic immunology subject in its methods.

Abstract
At the end of the course students should be able to: understand and explain basic methods in immunology; use data about these methods in praxis; make reasoned decisions about the method ELISA; interpret its practical knowledge in labs; understand and explain the basic immunological techniques.

Key topics
The practice proceeds in the form of individual parts of methods that are solved: Putting of antigen on the surface of microtitration plates and their preparation for ELISA test; testing on the presence of antibodies against chosen pathogen in serum; Test for the detection of phagocyte activity.
