- Abstract
- At the end of the course students should be able to: understand and explain basic methods in immunology; use data about these methods in praxis; make reasoned decisions about the method ELISA; interpret its practical knowledge in labs; understand and explain the basic immunological techniques.

- The practice proceeds in the form of individual parts of methods that are solved: Putting of antigen on the surface of microtitration plates and their preparation for ELISA test; testing on the presence of antibodies against chosen pathogen in serum; Test for the detection of phagocyte activity.
