Course objectives
The course aims to introduce students to current research and trends in structural bioinformatics.
Learning outcomes
Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to identify, summarize, and present the basic findings of contemporary research in structural bioinformatics.
Syllabus
Presentations by students and researchers on current topics in structural bioinformatics, either by presenting their research or by presenting interesting and already published research results.
Teaching methods
Active participation in the seminar and at least one presentation of one's research or interesting and published research results are required for credit.
Assessment methods
Active participation in the seminar and at least one presentation (own research or journal club) is required for credit.
