Course objectives
Education and teaching of adults is a significant phenomeon of our time. Education is very closely connected with social work and intercultural education, because it is an improtant mechnism, which is very often a significant solution of social situation of various handicaped groups. It contains among others didactic theory of teching, principles, methods and forms of ETA. Education of adults as a communication process, selfeducation, sefteaching, freetime of adults, adult in free time, nontraditional educational systems, requalification, motivating factors to learning, distance studies, function of education in postproductive age, phenomeon of oldness, social situation of seniors in our republic and in the world.
Syllabus
  • Andragogic, it is significance and mission, present situation in education of adults, trends in andragogic. Education and teaching of adults in context of present society, in our republic and all over the world. Didactic theory of adults eduation. Didactic forms. Didactic methods. Company education. Education of adults as a communication process, creativity of adult. Selfeducation and selfteaching of adults. Freetime of adults and adult in freetime. Requalification, distance studies etc. Gerontopedagogic as a discipline of future, aging generation and it is needs. Oldness as a social phenomeon, preparation for oldness, withdrawal to pension, function of education in postproductive age, universities of third age.
