Aerobics is a fitness exercise with music aimed at developing the circulatory system, increasing the level of endurance and performance. Using the basic and modified steps of aerobics, combined into simple blocks (choreography), we develop basic movement skills and increase the aerobic capacity of blood circulation and lungs. At the end of each lesson, floor work strengthening of the abdominal, gluteal and back muscles and final stretching are included. Other forms of aerobics are also used in the lessons, e.g. step aerobics, bodystyling (strengthening aerobics) and circuit training.
