- Course objectives
- The objective of the course is to present students basic knowledge of tourism management that should be known to provide effective managing (development) of a destination. Moreover it is essential to point out the important aspects that influence the process of destination management and the existence of the destination management company itself.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of the course students should be able
- to define key terms from the destination management terminology;
- to identify basic specifics of destination management process;
- to apply the knowledge of destination management in practice;
- to analyze a destination management company from the life cycle point of view ;
